Through RHA, you’ll be able to choose an individual health insurance policy based on your personal needs through an online marketplace.

Whether you’re already retired or you’re retiring soon, the online marketplace helps you to:

• Shop           See plan recommendations matched to your needs
• Compare  Look at plans side-by-side to compare costs and coverage
• Enroll        Once you pick your plan, you can sign up online or by phone

Log-in instructions

If you are a new user and this is your first time logging in,

• Click on the Create an account link in the log in box on the right side of the screen

If you are an existing user and already have a User ID and Password,

• You can continue to use your current User ID and Password
• If you can’t remember your User ID and/or Password, click on the Can’t access your account link in the log in box on the right side of the screen
• If you would like to change your User ID and/or Password, you can do so after you log in. After you log in, click on the Enroll now button on the right side of the screen. You will then be taken to a new page where you will see a link that says Login information. There is a picture of a lock next to this link. Click on the Login information link to change your User ID and/or Password.
